Scotts Southern Lawn Fertilizer for Southern Grass

Scotts® Turf Builder® Southern Lawn Food is a specially formulated fertilizer designed for Southern lawns. With its inclusion of Scotts® All-in-One Particles®, this product helps build strong, deep grass roots that can withstand heat and drought. The fertilizer is safe to use on Southern grass types and can be applied to a wet or dry lawn during the growing season.

One 14.06 lb. bag of Scotts® Turf Builder® Southern Lawn Food covers an area of 5,000 sq. ft. It can be applied using a Scotts® spreader, with a setting of 3 1/2 for broadcast/rotary spreaders and 6 for drop spreaders. If desired, the product can be lightly watered in after application, but this is not required.

Unused product should be returned to the original container, and any product that lands on the driveway, sidewalk, or street should be swept back onto the lawn. It is important not to apply this fertilizer to warm-season grass types within 1 month of the first expected frost.
